    Built an AI-driven customer churn analytics and prediction dashboard using Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib and Scikit-learn. Evaluated multiple classification models and deployed Random Forest as the best-performing one, served through a Flask app with an HTML/CSS/JS front end.
